Today I visited the historic market town of Horncastle. Famous for it’s antiques, jewellery and olde worlde bookshops. It even has a thatched roof pink pub. A town with plenty for everyone, cafes, fashion boutiques and little curio shops. The first pic is taken inside the 13th century St Mary’s church and is of the nave, can you see the majestically gilded Victorian angels! The second is an incredible stained glass window and the scene is from the life of St Peter, by Preedy 1873.
